Confirmation
When you are happy, we confirm the details in writing and agree the terms for that particular arrangement. Payment and conditions depend on the service and supplier, and are set out before you commit.
On the ground
We coordinate the moving parts — tickets, transfers, aviation, dining, security — and stay reachable throughout, so you have one point of contact from start to finish.
What is confirmed at each stage: an enquiry simply opens a conversation; a proposal sets out real options, availability and pricing for your request; a booking is confirmed in writing with the terms for that specific arrangement. No. Luxury travel, events and sourcing change constantly in price and availability, so we quote each request individually once we have confirmed real options with our partners. For villas and yachts in particular, pricing is always on request.
